I am sure you have noticed by now, that with most things in life, success is a double-sided coin. The side we like is the glossy side of success, but it cannot exist without the other side of the coin, which is the hard work and diligent effort needed to get there.

I was reminded of this last week, when returning from our fabulously successful Hloolo.com* launch. The team are still on a high and excited for the difference the platform can make to growing green businesses.

Now after the fun of the launch party is back to the hard work of delivery!

True success is a constant flipping of this coin. Hard work delivers success, which requires more hard work, which delivers more success. When we see social media posts showcasing other people’s success, it’s worth reflecting and reminding ourselves that behind the scenes they have been working hard, battling challenges and diligently making success happen.

So, this week lets enjoy spinning our coins. Putting the diligent effort into the success we seek, and then celebrating that success in style!
