I thought I would share a quote that touched my soul this week. I had a few tough days – you know the kind when things feel impossible and your head feels like it’s under water, yet you believe that you should be doing better.
So, you feel sorry for yourself and beat yourself up at the same time because you can’t really afford a bad day when there are so many things to be done.
