Chief Happiness Officer

Happiness can inspire you to want to be the best in all that you do.

Do you have a passion, a vision to be the best in what you do?

Being the best in everything is the vision of Dubai, which in the space of 30 years, has transformed from a dusty village in the middle of the desert to arguably the most innovative and most exciting city in the world. Renowned as a leading tourism, economic and cultural destination. (Picture shows skyline in 1990 and today)

At the centre of this drive to be the best is their leader Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoun, ruler of Dubai. His personal mission is for Dubai – to be the best in everything from technology to green energy, Ai to customer service, Architecture to tourism and more.

What is remarkable though, is his focus on Happiness. Dubai even has a Ministry of Happiness tasked with ensuring citizen wellbeing.

Can you imagine the game-changing impact if your company (or your family) had a culture of Happiness? Would a Chief Happiness Officer result in more care and concern for each other, less sick days, higher employee cohesion and increased productivity? Could it turn your company into becoming the best in everything?

The question for this week is who is the chief happiness officer in your organisation and how are they helping you and your team unleash their best?

Wishing you an inspired week ahead 😊
